CAMPGROUND BOAT STORAGE AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into between Sebago's Crooked River Campground ("Campground") and the undersigned boat owner ("Owner") for boat storage services.
1. STORAGE SERVICES
The Campground agrees to provide storage space for the Owner's boat as described in this agreement. Storage type and location are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Campground.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
• Storage fees are due in full upon signing this agreement
• Payment plans may be available upon request
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required
• Late payments may result in additional fees or removal of boat from storage
3. OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Boat must be properly winterized if stored during winter months
• Owner must maintain current registration and insurance
• Owner is responsible for any damage caused by their boat
• Boat must be removed by the agreed-upon end date
• Owner must notify Campground of any extended storage needs
4. CAMPGROUND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide designated storage space
• Maintain reasonable security of storage area
• Notify Owner of any issues or concerns regarding stored boat
5. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Campground is not responsible for damage, theft, vandalism, or loss of the boat or its contents during storage. Owner agrees to maintain comprehensive insurance coverage on the boat and hold the Campground harmless from any claims.
6. ACCESS
Owner may access their boat during regular business hours with prior notification to Campground staff. After-hours access must be arranged in advance.
7. CONDITION OF BOAT
Owner certifies that the boat is in good working condition and free from leaks, damage, or hazardous materials. Any pre-existing damage should be documented at time of storage.
8. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Owner must remove boat within 7 days of termination. Failure to remove boat may result in additional storage fees and/or disposal of boat.
9. LIEN RIGHTS
The Campground reserves the right to place a lien on the boat for unpaid storage fees and may sell the boat to satisfy the debt after proper legal notice.
10. MODIFICATIONS
This agreement may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.
